Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders, subject to applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an order or need to cancel it, we will contact you using the information provided and refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

Prices and promotions may change. Your purchase price is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, subject to correction of errors as permitted by applicable law.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that your payment and billing information is accurate.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship within the contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Shipping costs vary and are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders typically arrive within approximately two weeks of being placed. Production and delivery times vary by product. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee.

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact thesaltystitch@yahoo.com for assistance. Delivery estimates do not limit your rights under applicable law or our Refund Policy.

  1. DAMAGED ITEMS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

If your item arrives damaged, email thesaltystitch@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Our preferred solution is a replacement at no additional cost. Once the damage is verified, no return is required for a replacement.

If you prefer a refund, the damaged item must be returned. We cover return shipping for verified damage. Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.

We issue refunds within 1–2 business days after receiving the returned item. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for undamaged items due to a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
